De Ferrari 812 GTS, onthuld in september 2019, is de open versie van de 812 Superfast. Dit is het eerste in 50 jaar geproduceerde cabrioletmodel met een V12-serie voorin dat door Ferrari wordt aangeboden, aangezien de converteerbare varianten van de 550, de 575 en de 599 limited edition-modellen waren die alleen voor speciale klanten bedoeld waren.
