Beste allemaal,
Mijn laatste reactie:
Dear Jean-François.
We agree on the price. In order to setup the contract I need your name and address and copy of id (Please make sure adjust the copy to prevent identytheft).
I will draw up the contract (including copy of my passport) and after signature, I will give you my bankdetails in order to wire the money.
Than we need to make an appointment at the RDW-loket, I need to join this together for the paper work and the plates of the car needs to be given back to the authorities. And than the exportpapers will be handed over by the RDW-employee.
Kindest regards.
René
Bonsoir René,
After having think about it, I prefer the first option.
More clearer.
For the price, if we can finalize everything for 6 300 euros, I will be very happy.
What information do you need for the contract ?
Regards
Jean-François
Bonjour René,
Thank you for your proposal.
I would also like to make you this more detailed proposal.
For payment, I can make a classic bank transfer.
According to my bank, it may take between three and five days as it is an international bank transfer.
It all depends on your own bank.
For this, I suggest that we wait for the money to be confirmed in your account by your bank before proceeding to the next step.
Once the money is confirmed in your bank account, we can start the export procedure.
According to the transport company, you have two options, either go alone to unsubscribe the car and register it for export or you can also do it directly with the carrier on the day the car is collected.
The carrier will have a signed power of attorney from me giving him the right to do whatever is necessary on my behalf.
And with the document of the car for export, the transporter can do the rest with customs alone.
Once the car has been collected by the transporter, the car will no longer be your responsibility.
I also remind you that you have no costs regarding the export of the car and if additional costs are necessary for the registration of the car for export, the carrier will take care of it.
Now the most important, the price
As I told you, I am not a good negotiator.
I know I asked you for your last price but if we can have a final agreement for 6,200 euros it will be just perfect for me.
Indeed, I will have some additional costs for the transport of the car, so if you can make this gesture, I will be very grateful to you.
I will also send you via the carrier a good bottle of a good typically Russian vodka to thank you
You will thank me later
Thank you for considering my offer, which is a very nice offer
Regards
Jean-François
Well, what can I say, thank you very much for the pictures, René
I think everything is very honest.
Indeed, it was really very important to me.
I am now totally reassured about the car.
I think that we can now discuss the most important.
I want to tell you that I am a very, very bad negotiator
What will be your last price and how would you prefer to be paid?
Regards
Jean-François
Bonjour Rene,
Thank you for the additional information.
Very useful information.
I would like to see some additional photos.
Would it be possible to see a new photo of the dashboard for the current kilometers?
How many kilometers can be added per day or week ?
Some pictures of the maintenance history?
The last two or three servicing done on the car should be more than enough.
A photo of the annual check will also be very welcome.
If you hesitate to send these photos because of your personal information, thing I can understand, I suggest that you hide information not essential to me before sending me these photos.
Indeed, I am only interested in the history of the car.
Is the car has ever been used to transport animals ?
Regards
Jean-François
Bonsoir Rene,
Thank you for your e-mail, unfortunately I do not speak Dutch, that is why I wrote to you in French.
Communicate in English is also a good option.
I am a french expatriate in Russia.
I decided to import a car because here it is a bit complicated to have a car with a reliable history.
People usually send the car to their garage friends for maintenance and unfortunately, they are not used to fill the maintenance book.
Also the modification of the kilometers is unfortunately very frequent.
Being French myself, I know that we have to check our cars often enough to be allowed to drive.
That is why it is better to add a little extra money to have a total reliable car for years to come, than to buy one here and not know what may happen tomorrow with it.
What more can you tell me about the car?
Do you have all the documents? Maintenance history? The annual checks?
Why did you decide to sell the car?
Regards
Jean-François
